The hotel has 21 venues for all kinds of events. You can bring a group of just a few people or organise an event for over 1000 people!

Propeller fits 8 people around a long table.

Business Class, Captain, Stopover and Beacon fit each 10 people around a long table. The venues have windows.

First class fits 10 people around a long table.

Cloud fits 10 people around a long table. The venue has windows.

Roger fits 14 people around a long table.

Pilot and Turbine fit each 8-24 people, depending on the chair and table configuration.

Headwind 1 and Headwind 3 fit each 24-70 people, depending on the chair and table configuration. The venues have windows.
Headwind 2 fits 36-200 people, depending on the chair and table configuration. The venue has windows.  
Two Headwind venues can be combined into one larger space that fits 40-96 people.
By combining all three Headwind venues one room will fit 70-180 people.

Crosswind 1, Crosswind 2 and Crosswind 3 fit 12-40 people each, depending on the chair and table configuration.
Two Crosswind venues can be combined into one larger space that fits 24-80 people.
By combining all three Crosswind venues one room will fit 36-120 people.

Landing and Take off fit 24-90 people each, depending on the chair and table configuration. The venues are equipped with a microphone, a flipchart, note taking equipment, still and sparkling water and a video projector.

Horizon fits 40-120 people, depending on the chair and table configuration. The venue has windows. The equipment includes PA system.

Runway 1, Runway 2 and Runway 3 fit 40-226 people each, depending on the chair and table configuration. The venues have windows. The venues are equipped with PA system.
Two Runway venues can be combined into one larger space that fits 280-520 people.
By combining all three Runway venues one room will fit 440-800 people.

Almost all venues include an LCD screen/TV, a microphone, a flipchart, note taking equipment, sound system,still and sparkling water, video conferencing setup and Wi-Fi.

Headwind and Crosswind venues don’t have a video conferencing setup. For extra fee you can get additional equipment, such as printers and gaming consoles.

Your package can include catering as well.

The closest parking areas are P1, P2 and P3. There are indoor passages to the hotel from P1 and P2 and an outdoor sidewalk from P3. The parking areas have electric car charging stations.

All the meeting rooms are accessible. All the floors are accessible via elevator. There are accessible bathrooms on four floors. The hotel has accessible rooms.
