There are 5500 parking spaces in the shopping and entertainment center. Usually parking for up to 5 hours is free with a parking circle.

You can borrow a wheelchair from the security staff by the P3 entrance as well as between K-Citymarket and Prisma on floor 0. P3 entrance also has a taxi station where even 2,8 m high taxis can come. Accessible bathrooms are always adjacent to where other bathrooms are. The shopping and entertainment center has several elevators.
