Salakapakka is a party and meeting venue suitable for approximately 40 people. It offers a rustic background for various parties such as weddings and birthdays, family gatherings and special occasions. Modern technology ensures that corporate events progress smoothly, and besides meetings, also off-site workshops and team days can be hosted in this inspiring milieu. The venue includes a fully equipped kitchen, dishes, tableware, a video projector, sound reproduction, a microphone, a bar and two roofed terraces.

Event venue Kuivuri is suitable for larger groups and ideal for beautiful summer weddings or themed summer parties. Up to 80 people can be seated, and for standing events there is space for 140 people. There are two floors with 140 square meters all in all. The entrance is accessible.

It is possible to bring your own food and drinks, but another great option is to order a wholesome breakfast, lunch or coffee with dessert to be served. As a recreational activity during a meeting day, it is possible to book animal activities, an escape game or a handicraft workshop.

The attic of the animal barn (Sikalan Vintti) offers a cozy setting for meetings, retreats or workshops – or even yoga sessions –  with space for up to 12 people and modern equipment. 

The main building offers charming, comfortable accommodation for a maximum of eight people. The guests are welcome to use the whole house, which includes three bedrooms, a kitchen, a living room, a bathroom and toilets. The interior design of the house honors the history of the farm, but here you will also find modern amenities. All rooms have double beds and extra mattresses.

It is also possible to spend the night in the attic of the animal barn. The cozy space with modern amenities fits 12 people, and contains bunk beds separated with curtains.

In the summertime, from May to September, it is possible to spend the night in the outbuilding Helga and engage in a bit of time travel back in history and get a sense of how people lived in the old days. If the weather is hot, it is an even more pleasant experience to spend the night here. There is room for four guests, and there is a small kitchen.

The atmospheric sauna, built in the late 19th century, offers relaxation at the end of a meeting day or before festivities end. The sauna’s top bench fits up to ten people. There is no running water, which means that washing takes place by pouring water from a bucket. On the terrace of the sauna, a wooden hot tub offers ultimate relaxation with pre-heated water. The sauna, its lounge area and campfire site are right beside the forest apart from the other buildings, which provides privacy for the guests. Guests may bring their own food and beverages to the sauna area.

Rosbacka is home to sheep, goats, hens, ducks, rabbits and guineapigs. Cats and dogs can be seen walking around too. It is possible to schedule a time slot for getting to know the animals, how they live, what their habits are and how they are cared for. Animal activities can also be added to meeting days or other events. Animals can be included in birthday parties or for example bachelorette parties. Animal and nature experiences form an inherent part of what Rosbacka represents, and both body and soul are invigorated in this peaceful environment.

On a weekly basis, almost 200 children take part in Rosbacka’s animal activities as part of organized leisure activities. The groups get to know animal behavior, feeding habits and animal handling, and have the opportunity to observe changes in nature according to season.
